In the scope of the 100th anniversary of the Yerevan State Medical University, the Pediatric Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Armenia (PCBDCA) organized a conference on “Current concepts of diagnosis and treatment of bone and soft tissue tumors in children.” The conference took place on January 26, 2020, at the Satenik Safaryan Hall of Hematology Center after Prof. R․ Yeolyan.
Prof. Raffi Avedian from Stanford University presented the surgical treatment modalities in bone and soft tissue sarcomas. Besides, many local specialists participated in the clinical case presentations and discussions, such as Yura Simonyan (Wigmore Clinic), Galust Galstyan (Nairi Medical Center), Alexander Seinyan (National Oncology Center), Karen Koloyan (Wigmore Clinic), Ruzanna Papyan (PCBDCA), Jemma Arakelyan (Hematology Center after Prof. R.H. Yeolyan), Anna Avagyan (PCBDCA), Manushak Avagyan (PCBDCA), Samvel Bardakhchyan (Hematology Center after Prof. R.H. Yeolyan).
